Film and prints degrade over time, and are at risk for getting lost or destroyed by flooding, fire, and more. Having your photos professionally scanned guarentees they are safe from the elements, and will preserve them for generations to come!
Our 3 Step Process

The first step in the process is to have a consult. This way we can get a more accurate idea of cost, and the services you may need. Additionally I can give you advice on what scan quality is ideal for you, and whether you may require any additional services. If you have a large amount of photos, no need to count them! I can do that for you while I scan, with the inclusion of a security deposit, and get you those numbers later.
Scanning
When getting ready to scan your images the first step is a clean surface. Wearing special gloves to prevent fingerprints we delicately clean your prints/film using puffs of air and a microfiber cloth. When we are sure they are free of debree we scan our photos on a flatbed scanner to ensure quality, and the safety of delecate old photos. Negatives are converted to regular photos, and all photos recieve gentle restoration, with the exception of our "Express" services.
Final Steps
When finished scanning I carefully ensure photos are safely stored in the agreed upon fasion. If there are any additional organizational or editing services we complete that, and then let you know your order is complete! Once payment is recieved we release your photos back to you. This includes your originals, and your scans! You can either pick them up locally or pay for shipping.
